Bonusing - Overview

You may have noticed we recently improved the way you can use bonus awards on BetGRW!  Here is a quick explanation of the upgrades we’ve added to the bonus program:

• You will in most places on the site see your real cash balance and bonus cash balance display as a combined total balance.

• You may see the breakdown of these balances at any time by hovering your mouse over the balance display, clicking your account avatar, or clicking on your balance on your tablet or mobile device.

• You may now place wagers or play casino games when you have no real cash balance, as long as you have a bonus cash balance.The bonus cash balance is completely wagerable on its own, unlike our previous bonus method.

• When wagering, 50% of your wager will be comprised of bonus cash and 50% will be comprised of real cash, when possible.

• Payouts to wagers will be made 50% to your real cash balance and 50% to your bonus cash balance, when you have playthrough requirements remaining.

• When you receive a bonus award on BetGRW, whether it be bonus cash or free sports bet or free casino play awards, you will be assigned a “playthrough required” amount.This amount is the amount you’ll need to wager to clear the bonus conditions and move any remaining bonus cash into your real cash balance.

• When you make a wager of any kind, you achieve playthrough amounts that are added up for you, so you can see how close you are to clearing your bonus conditions.100% of most wagers will count towards your playthrough achieved.  Some wagers will count for less than 100%, and you can see how different wagers are calculated in the “Playthrough – How it works” help section.

• You can at any time view your balances as well as your playthrough requirements and playthrough achieved amounts on the site withdrawal page, by clicking the “balance summary” view.

• Bonus cash is as always, non-withdrawable.Your real cash balance is withdrawable as long as you have completed your playthrough requirements on any and all of your bonus awards.

• You may view your active awards by clicking the “My Awards” button on your sports bet ticket or on your balance / account dropdown.The page will display your awards, amounts of awards and expiry dates, as well as what bonus or promo code was used to gain the award.

Playthrough - How it Works

Free Sports Bets

• Some deposit bonuses or promo codes may award you a Free Sports bet(s).

• You may view your Free Sports bets available by clicking the “My Awards” button on your sports bet ticket or on your balance / account dropdown.The page will display your awards, amounts of awards and expiry dates, as well as what bonus or promo code was used to gain the award.

• Free sports bets may be restricted to a certain sport, league, event or bet type, or may be unrestricted.

• Free sports bets will generally have a playthrough requirement, and your bonusing playthrough value will be visible as always within your balance summary on the site withdrawal page.

• To utilize one of your free sports bets, simply add a bet selection to the sports bet ticket, and click the link in the bet ticket to view available awards, and select one.The free bet amount will automatically fill within the ticket.  Just confirm your wager and your free bet will be placed!

• Free Sports bets may not be used to wager on any of the following:

- Parlay or Progressive parlay wagers

- Parlay or Teaser challenge wagers

- Live in-game betting wagers

• Free Sports bets must be utilized before the displayed expiry date or they will be forfeited.

Free Casino Bets

• Some deposit bonuses or promo codes may award you Free Casino bet(s).

• You may view your Free Casino bets available by clicking the “My Awards” button on your balance / account dropdown.The page will display your awards, amounts of awards and expiry dates, as well as what bonus or promo code was used to gain the award.

• Free casino bets may be restricted to a certain game or group of games, or may be unrestricted.

• Free casino bets will generally have a playthrough requirement, and your bonusing playthrough value will be visible as always within your balance summary on the site withdrawal page.

• To use your free casino bets, click on any game that displays the “Free Bet” tag:
• Choose the free bet award you would like to use, or choose to play without the free bets and use your cash balances instead:

• Check the promo checkbox and click submit button to load the game in Free bet mode.

• Your free bet balance will display on the game

• Place a wager.The amount wagered will be deducted from your free credits balance.  Wins will be displayed in the Win box as usual.  As you play through your free credits, your total summed wins will display in the “Winnings Total” box.

• You may use all of your free bet credits on the game, or just a portion.Unused portion amounts will be saved for later use on the same game or a different eligible game.  When you leave the game, the summed winnings total will be paid out to your cash balances.

• Free Casino bets must be utilized before the displayed expiry date or they will be forfeited.

LOYALTY “CASH BACK” POINTS

At betGRW, you earn points towards ‘Cash Back” with each wager made on sports events and Casino games!  These points are called Loyalty points and are displayed in your balance details, in the Loyalty points redemption store, and within casino games “Rewards” tab displays.

Wagers in the horse racebook and casino tournaments do not award Loyalty points. A general guide on how many points you earn for each dollar wagered on a game is below:
